Whether you have just finished a jog or tended to a vegetable garden, your tennis shoes may not prove to be as white as they were just hours or days ago. Unsightly stains can show up on your tennis shoes, marring the pristine image of the once white-colored shoes. To keep your tennis shoes looking like the day you bought them, some simple household products can be used to remove the yellow stains.
Fill up a bucket of warm water. Do not use hot water, as it will compromise the durability of the material of the tennis shoe. Add a teaspoon of dish washing detergent and mix the solution with the spoon.
Apply the soapy water solution to your tennis shoes. Scrub lightly with a toothbrush to remove the preliminary dirt off the shoes.
Sprinkle enough baking soda to cover the yellow spot completely. Pour vinegar onto the baking soda and wait for two to three minutes.

The Nike Dunk sneaker was introduced by Nike in 1985 and has gone from being a standard basketball shoe to an inspiration for fashion and contemporary art. Thread the shoelace through the bottommost holes of your Dunks and even up the ends.
Pull one end of the shoelace underneath the hole across to the hole just above the bottommost shoelace holes. Do the same with the other shoelace so that the two ends cross over one another and emerge to the outside of the next set of holes.
Pull one end of the shoelace across to the next hole on the opposite side and pull through so that the shoelace is on the inside. Repeat with the other end of the shoelace.
Repeat Steps 2 and 3 until you reach the penultimate set of shoelace holes.
Tie the two ends of the shoelace together in a bow and double-knot it. Make sure the bow isnt too tight to allow for easy on and off. Tuck the bow behind the shoes tongue to conceal it.
Take two different colored shoelaces and knot them together securely as close to the ends as possible.
Thread the knotted shoelaces together through the two bottommost holes on your left side. Thread the shoelaces through the holes from the inside so one color emerges from the bottommost hole and the other color emerges from the hole directly above it.
Pull each colored shoelace to the hole directly across the first hole you pulled them through and thread them through to the reverse side. You should now have two strips of color across the two bottommost sets of holes on the shoe.
Pull the shoelace on the very bottom set of holes up two holes, threading it underneath and skipping the hole directly above it. Pull the shoelace through the second hole directly above it. Repeat with the other colored shoelace on the same side, pulling it through the hole two holes above it.
Repeat Steps 3 and 4 until youve successfully laced the entire shoe. You should have one colored shoelace on one side and the other on the opposite side. Tie the laces together in a bow; this is a style youll want to keep outside the tongue for everyone to admire.
Pull the shoelace through the two bottommost hole from the reverse and even up the ends.
Pull the right-side end of the shoelace across the tongue to the hole on the opposite side that is three holes above the bottommost set of holes and thread it through to the inside.
Thread the same end of the shoelace so that it emerges from the hole directly above on the same side. Pull the shoelace down and thread it through the second hold up from the bottommost set of holes on the opposite side of the tongue.
Repeat Step 2 so the shoelace emerges from the topmost hole on the side opposite to the one you started from.
Take the other end of the shoelace and repeat Steps 2, 3 and 4, taking care to weave the shoelace over and under the already-threaded end of the shoelace as you do so. The process is also easy and fun, since you get to see your shoe change as you design it.
Choose a shoe retail website from the References section. Etnies offers sneakers, Keds offers tennis shoes, and Vans sells skaboarding shoes. All of the shoes from these sites can be worn for any casual occasion.
Select the custom shoe option from any of the websites. Choose the appropriate option from the Mens, Womens and Kids options. Choose your size, also, usually located in a small dialogue box in the upper right of the designing page.
Choose your style. All of these sites offer several shoe styles; slip-ons, shoes with laces and different stitching patterns on the side pannels. Click on the one you like best.

In the 1980s Nike debuted two shoe series that changed how players and fans viewed basketball shoes: the Nike Dunk and the Nike AF1 (Air Force 1). The Dunks color combinations made it instantly recognizable. The AF1s air-infused sole made it a favorite for professional and recreational basketball players. Both series have transcended the basketball court: The Dunk is a favorite of skateboarders, and the AF1 is an icon in the hip-hop community.
At its debut in 1985, the Nike Dunk looked and performed differently than other basketball shoes. Designed for the college basketball market, Nike Dunks were available in two-color schemes to match team uniforms. Available in high-top and low-top, the Dunk weighed less than other basketball shoes, but its paneling could better sustain moves like pivoting. Nike released a new Dunk series in 1998 with arch support, a nylon tongue and a wider variety of color combinations. In addition to team colors and non-team colors, many models are available in two versions of a color scheme, with switched primary and secondary colors.  Nike Dunks are also available in patterns and different textures.
The late-1990s low-top Dunks became so popular with skateboarders that in 2002, Nike introduced the Nike Dunk SB (skateboard) series. The Dunk SB has a puffy (padded) tongue and Zoom Air insole to better absorb shock.
Introduced in 1982 and re-introduced in 1986, the Nike AF1 was the first basketball shoe to use Nike Air, an air-infused cushion in the shoes sole.
